Drying Tech of PWC came through strong for our flooded upstairs bathroom situation that seeped through open areas and into the living room ceiling drywall. They arrived on the same day we requested help (a Sunday) to assess and begin the drying process right away. (Project manager Nic). The next day, after moving our furniture carefully out of the way, James and Alejandro set up an extensive further damage mitigation isolation/enclosed tarp area right under the water damaged ceiling. They were able to cut a large section of the ceiling drywall without allowing any further water damage to the room under the ceiling. They set up further drying equipment and applied preventative antimicrobial treatment to the wet ceiling area to prevent mold growth. Drying Tech of PWC were very professional, friendly, prompt and good workers who did a thorough and neat job. We highly recommend their services to anyone with any water and flooding issues that may arise. Another thing I can say is that we were worried about permanent damage to our home and the professionalism of Drying Tech of PWC has brought us piece of mind.

Great experience with DryingTech! James and Rolly showed up on time and did a great job with the demo and mold treatment. They were friendly, respectful, and were able to pick up the equipment over the weekend which really helped us out! Very happy with the work they did! Highly recommend!

We had some moisture behind the drywall of our home and needed someone to come out to dry everything before waterproofing the foundation. This is the A+ team and the company you should call! Jason has been a gem in a difficult situation with a basement leak. He arrived on a Saturday, hours after I called regarding water in my basement. He had a crew to my home Sunday, Monday and we are expecting final clean up Tuesday and Wednesday. Jason had a great referral for a plumber. Ozzie and Alejandro worked hard and were polite and respectful. They answered all questions I had. A water leak could be a nightmare. With Jason, Ozzie and Alejandro it has made it a manageable situation. They absolutely saved us.

I have never, ever had a plumber that didn't charge, especially driving from Manassas to Arlington! Well, Nic from Drying Tech of PWC did exactly that! No charge!!! The reason for the Sunday evening call was because a renter had lots of water on the floor of her bathroom. She cleaned up the water with her towels, but the reason for the "flooding" was not apparent. Nic could not find a reason for the water; but (to repeat), did not charge me anything. I am forever grateful to Nic and Drying Tech and highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Professional, personable, kind, and thorough. Nic came right away at 8pm on a Sunday night to assess what we thought was a major problem that thankfully turned out to be nothing. He didn’t charge for the assessment, which was shocking (I still feel bad about it). We will definitely be using him again in the future and highly recommend him to others.

Phenomenal service. From the initial call and consultation with Jason to the work done by Rollie and Enrique, I am very pleased with the work. I needed pet-urine stained carpet removed and sanitation of the concrete underneath.
