WATER DAMAGE MITIGATIONS!

Drying Tech gave us a 2 hour window! They arrived within the time promised with alot of blue fans and humidifiers to save my band new carpet. Checked the walls for moisture, then proceeded to cut all the affected drywall and treat what was left. They came everyday to monitor the progress. Great customer service. They arrived within the expected time window and they communicated when they arrived. Jason went the extra mile to help arrange a little parking situation I had. There is not much parking, but the guys did great with it. They were so polite, professional and courteous upon entry. They put on their booties to protect the floors from the bottom of shoes and set up everything quickly. They were surprisingly quiet with the removal of the living room ceiling, which tells me they really know what they are doing. They covered every questionable area completely. This company and their workers truly respect your home. Jason, Rolly and Minor treated our property as if it were their own. They gave it the proper attention, care, detailed treatment and resolution it deserved, and they are to be commended for this. I can't say this enough that I am blessed and grateful to have found them in our time of need. The fact that they come out quickly during emergencies, just tells you this company truly cares about their customers. Jason, Rolly and Minor worked very hard carrying all the fans and dehumidifiers into each room on all 3 floors. They were there for a significant time due to the amount if damage that occurred. I still can't believe how fast water just trickles down into everything, but now I see why with the infrastructure exposed. This is why it is so important that they are a 24/7 company. In your time of need, they are there for you. We can't say it enough how much we appreciate every single team member, technician, manager, office staff and worker that was involved in this situation. These guys work hard and long hours and deserve praise, incentive and "moo-lah." I hope they know how much we appreciate them and their commendable efforts in saving our townhome from true disaster. I recommend Drying Tech to anyone who needs their help. I will get to why and who was involved, but let me start with the situation. So, I notice water dripping from a light fixture on the 3rd floor of the townhome, then realize the light switch doesn't work. I asked a roomate to go check the breaker while I was checking to see where it was coming from. Come to find out, 3 different floors are affected. Breakers have been tripped, we got bubbling ceilings filled with water, water drips from lights, water stains on at least 6 areas and rooms. I have never encountered this type of situation before, so let me tell you, I was frantic and freaking out. It was a hott mess going on. I know water and electrical don't mix, so I google searched this situation. The first company that pops up is DryingTECH. Mind you, it is like 12pm and I'm thinking Holy bologna, we are screwed. Come to find out, this company is 24/7. I said Halla-freaking-lujah. So, I start talking to Joe. He is helping me troubleshoot preliminary options so I don't feel like I'm gonna blow up over here and burn to a crisp in an electrical fire. He tells me we need to shut off the water valve. He helps walk me through, because you know mama didn't raise no fool, but she sure as heck didn't teach me no safety precautions during this craziness. Joe was quick, helpful and got the right people on the phone to help me help get this approved and literally had a tech dispatched in no more than 5-10 minutes tops, including troubleshooting. Jason Phillips calls when he is en route, then he calls when he arrived to ensure I was aware. This is excellent communication. He was so courteous, kind, helpful, humorous, and sooo friendly. You can tell he is a genuine soul and works hard. He came in, put his shoe covers on, to respect the property and floors, then immediately started to investigate the issue. He was informative, clear and explained everything and answered all of our questions. His assessment and demeanor made me feel a lot better about a scary situation. He was very efficient and hauled these huge dehumidifiers up all by his lonesome. He did an IMPECABLE job. No joke, this company does an amazing job hiring competent, knowledgeable and professional people. I was impressed at how quickly we were able to get someone to the home at that hour. In a time of need, and when life is insane and one thing after another comes at you, it is comforting knowing that this company has your back. Tomorrow, some people are supposed to come out and help with a more in depth assessment and start the process of fixing this water damage. I'm grateful to have called this company. I will write more on the techs or service people that come then. But in the meantime, PLEASE give Joe kudos and incentive and Jason Phillips some madd props and a bonus for a thorough and excellent service. I will recommend you all to anyone I know personally and professionally speaking. Thank you so much for having the hours that you do, and for coming out when customers need you. Jason did a phenomenal job explaining every step of the process and keeping my family and i informed on what next steps they would be taking. So professional with answering questions we had and going above and beyond with making sure next steps for us were explained as well. Drying Tech does an excellent job. From the moment Jason contacted us, his communication was clear and professional. Jason and his team (James, Christian and Randy) arrived on time, took the time to explain the process, and made sure proper protections were in place before starting the work. Jason was always available and very responsive, patiently answering all of our questions and making sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. The whole team was respectful of our home and very careful with our belongings, which was especially important to us since we have a baby. This was our first time to work with Drying Tech. We had another company come assess our problem and they took several days to get back with us so my husband did a quick search for great reviews and Drying Tech stood out. Nic came to our house the same day the call was made. What we discovered as a small leak in our basement, turned out uncovering a bigger problem which involved mold under our new flooring. The team led by James Buck, were friendly, informative and patient throughout the entire experience. The level of detail put into the removal of the mold was very thorough. Not only visually did we see the level of quality we were getting but also the part we couldn’t see, our health concerns which were also addressed. We would highly recommend Drying Tech. James, Ozzy, Mark and Danial were so great to work with. They were all kind, efficient, punctual and their work ethic went above all expectations. Where we hope to never have to deal with water damage ever again, it’s nice to know we can count on Drying Tech to take care of it.
