They replied to my estimate request quickly for water damage. They explained their process and had a quote ready in the same day. There was an unexpected issue with the humidifier, and they came immediately out in the evening to fix it. Highly recommended.

Drying Tech rocks the house when it comes to customer service/ FIRST RATE and I highly recommend!! Hard to find companies in the service industry these days who even answer their phones, much less respond to your needs in a pro-active position. When I called today, they answered their phone, quickly assessed my problem, and sent a tech to my house within the hour. Does not get much better than that folks. Thanks again Dying Techs!!

Drying Tech responded immediately to Munster disaster. I had called several companies and was given 24 to 48 hour time frames. They worked diligently and stayed late to get the job done. They were extremely nice and cleared up a problem caused by a previous company. I have them in my contacts and will call them again if needed.

Small, family owned business. They responded quickly after I called about water leaking through the ceiling, and had their workers over within the hour. The workers were very nice and respectful of the belongings in the affected area, ensuring things were covered before cutting into the drywall to dry the affected areas. I would reuse their services again if I need to (hopefully not)

They arrived quickly, explained the drying and restoration process clearly, and used professional equipment that got everything completely dry.
