James Buck arrived within hours of my call , inspected our basement issues, and laid out the next steps in detail. Alejandro and Severo (last names not recorded) arrived promptly, set up, cleaned up, and packed out —all on schedule, completely professionally, and with courtesy. Drying Tech was very responsive and professional to work with when I needed an estimate (especially when another company had ghosted us and they were able to fit us in to their busy schedule!). Jason was great in answering questions and with providing a timely quote.
